Submission Schedule

Call for papers: October 1, 2009
Extended deadline for abstracts: February 8, 2010
Notification of acceptance: April 8, 2010
Deadline for full papers: June 8, 2010

Paper Submission Guidelines

The authors of accepted abstracts are expected to submit their full papers using the submission system no later than June 8th, 2010. To be accepted, a full paper must:

1. take account of the reviewers' comments,
2. be prepared in accordance with the prescribed formatting requirements detailed below, and
3. have at least one corresponding non-student registration. Note that one full registration cannot cover multiple papers). (Detailed information on conference registrations is provided here).

Any paper that doesn't comply with these requirements by June 8th will be rejected.

Paper Formatting Guidelines

Please, write your full paper using one of the following two paper templates - both contain detailed formatting guidelines:

• If you intend to write your paper using MS Word for Windows (e.g. Word 2003 or 2007), then use the template document: eCAADe2010-Paper-Template-WindowsWord.doc. (This is the preferred choice).
• If you are unable to write your paper using MS Word for Windows (e.g. using Word Mac), then use the template document: eCAADe2010-Paper-Template-Other.doc.
